Patient Details

This patient suspects that he developed gynecomastia from prohormones and lived with it for the past 5 years. He did a “ton” of research to learn about gynecomastia and search out for the most experienced surgeon to care for his case. He eventually decided on a surgeon who specialized in the condition even though most of his area surgeons indicated they did gynecomastia. If you want your surgery for gynecomastia performed correctly, you want someone who does a ton of it, understands it, and has proven expertise. He is seen here ONE DAY AFTER gynecomastia surgery. You can see the masses that were removed. It was much larger on his left side than his right. His treatment was standard with VASER™ liposuction for gynecomastia, traditional liposuction and tissue removal. The masses were very glandular which is common after hormone use.His skin has retracted quite well as I anticipated based on his appearance and examination of his skin elasticity. You can see in the photo that his larger left side has some fullness compared to the smaller right side because his skin hasn’t completely retracted on the larger side. There is immediate skin retraction that happens on the table and the first day and then there is secondary skin retraction which happens for weeks afterwards. He is besides himself happy with his immediate result. He couldn’t believe how large the gynecomastia masses were. He is motivated to lose weight and get in the best shape possible before his scheduled beach trip. The future is bright. His gynecomastia is gone. He is liberated. His responsibility now as part of the Gynecomastia Brotherhood is to help all those who suffer from gynecomastia any way possible.
