Patient Details

This is a classic example of skin removal gynecomastia at 11 weeks after treatment. We decided that the best option for him was skin removal with scars across his chest. He had advanced sagging of his chest tissue and his desire was for the firmest chest possible and he didn’t have any fears about the permanent scars.

He has good healing of his scars to date. He has some lightening of the skin of his nipple-areola free grafts as expected but is recovering some natural pigmentation over time. His decision to have skin removal is unchanged. He is very happy with his chest and the life changes that have come along with his new chest. He has confidence. He has an improved body acceptance. He has the option of tattooing his nipple-areola complexes for a more uniform color but doesn’t seem that interested. He and all his friends and acquaintances accept his new chest and embrace the change for the better.
