Patient Details

This patient is one day after a very large gynecomastia case. His masses were moderate in size compared to the size of his chest because his gynecomastia tissue was mostly fibrofatty and responsive to treatment with the ultrasonic and traditional liposuction. I removed over 2000cc of fat contouring all zones of his chest. Because he had great skin elasticity, skin retraction was excellent (this was predictable based on his consultation photos and my examination when in my facility). I call this result excellent and his future very promising. It’s up to him to manage his care from here on out. He know this. It’s not a spectator sport. Follow my simple directions for the very best outcome possible. This is what I consider an advanced gynecomastia case for the simple reason that if he were to have visited other surgeons in consultation, he would likely have been told that he needed a skin removal procedure with scars across his chest. My advice to all you with advanced gynecomastia is to obtain several consultations with experienced and reputable gynecomastia surgeons you don’t go down the wrong treatment path.
