This is a forty year old man who was interested in the treatment of his gynecomastia at the Austin Gynecomastia Center. He says it has been present since puberty. He has never taken pro hormones or any medications related to gynecomastia. He is seen here about six months after gynecomastia surgery with liposuction and the removal of a small amount of breast tissue.The incision is around the bottom of his areolas. His contour is much improved, with the “round” appearance of his chest area now gone. You can appreciate the biggest improvement on the lateral or side views. He is quite pleased with his result.
