Patient Details

This is an 18 year old male, 6’1″ and 235 pounds who had developed gynecomastia since puberty. He has fullness of his chest and puffy nipples as well. He is seen here after gynecomastia treatment surgery with the cartilage shaver and regular liposuction. The contour is even, his fullness and puffy nipples are gone and he is pleased with his result. He has lost some weight as I have asked him to, but he still has a way to go.
