Patient Details

This young man was interested in surgery for gynecomastia after he had lost a lot of weight. He was muscular but his skin quality was compromised from the weight loss. He didn’t like the round appearance and the fullness of the chest area. It bothered him quite a lot .He is seen here several months after standard gynecomastia treatment without skin removal. He is enjoying an impressive result with good skin retraction, no irregularities and much smaller nipple-areola complexes and flat chest area with excellent definition of the pectoral muscle. He is very happy. I consider this a classic result after Zone 1 treatment.Predicting skin retraction on a case by case basis is made much more predictable for me because of the thousands of patients I have had the good fortune to care for.
