Patient Details

This is a classic example of surgical gynecomastia treatment for gynecomastia for bodybuilders gynecomastia. This young man basically has no body fat and he developed large glandular gynecomastia masses from the use of hormones / prohormones for fitness reasons. He is seen here at about 4 months after removal of these large masses during gynecomastia surgery and his result is ideal in many ways. He didn’t develop scar tissue which is a big deal. I remind all that once a mass is removed from the body it wants to fill in the empty space with blood or fluids which eventually can turn into scar tissue. The best result from gynecomastia treatment comes from expert surgery and attention to the healing / recovery process and managing the process so the final result is smooth and masculine. It’s hard to imagine that the masses on his chest came out through the tiny incision at the bottom of the areola. There will be no evidence that he has had previous surgery. Normal. Natural. Masculine. Happy patient.
