Patient Details

This is a big gynecomastia case at 4 months after his gynecomastia surgery. It’s an impressive result that didn’t involve complications with the healing or recovery process. He did not have a hematoma or a seroma and did not experience scar tissue formation. This is a result that is expected under those circumstances. This is why I teach my patients to manage their recovery so they too can experience results like this. His recovery is the rule rather than the exception. Nevertheless, about 10-15 percent of patient have some issues during the healing process that needs to be managed. Fluid in the tissue needs to go. Scar tissue needs to be treated. Skin needs to drape nicely. Posture must be perfect. There are things that can be done during the recovery period that will help ensure the very best results!
