Patient Details

I couldn’t help but post this case. This man certainly had advanced gynecomastia—large female-like breasts with sagging of the actual chest. He came from very far away as he told me that several surgeons he visited with in his country told him that he needed skin removal gynecomastia treatment with scars across the chest and free nipple-areola grafts. I reviewed his virtual consultation (which makes it very easy for me to evaluate anyone, anywhere). I felt that he was a candidate for non skin removal gynecomastia treatment (standard). I was betting that his skin would retract very nicely and the evidence in his post operative day number 1 photos included show exactly that. This is an epic result. I want his 3 month photo to be just as good as his first day photo. At the Austin Gynecomastia Center, my results are immediate and not something that needs a lot of time to reveal itself. Having said that, recovery can require a certain amount of dedication and routine so you enjoy the very best results. When surgery is over, I pass the baton to my patients who are then expected to do their part in this group effort. He is fine to return home anytime as non skin removal treatment recovery is brief. Out of town patients make up 80 percent of my patient population!
