I couldn’t help but post this case. This man certainly had advanced gynecomastia—large female-like breasts with sagging of the actual chest. He came from very far away as he told me that several surgeons he visited with in his country told him that he needed skin removal gynecomastia treatment with scars across the chest and free nipple-areola grafts. I reviewed his virtual consultation (which makes it very easy for me to evaluate anyone, anywhere). I felt that he was a candidate for non skin removal gynecomastia treatment (standard).
