Transformation from moderate gynecomastia (female like breasts in a man) to a masculine chest.

This case includes after photos taken one day post-op as well as a month and a half after. This patient had moderate-sized female-looking breasts that seemed quite out of the ordinary, and certainly, there is nothing good about them.
