Note the flatter areolas and increased chest muscle definition.
This young man had prohormone-induced gynecomastia in Zone 0 of his chest. This is the Zone under the areolas. This is not uncommon in fit men who develop frank glandular tissue that is quite easy to feel and see and is adherent to the surrounding tissues. The inflammation caused by the hormone/prohormone use is often associated with pain and some discomfort. He is seen here after about 4 months of treatment. You can appreciate the flattening of the dome-shaped areolas and an overall improvement in the appearance of his chest.
