Patient Details

This is a 28 year old man, 6’3″ and 235 pounds who took prohormones and developed gynecomastia. On examination he was a bit overweight, and he had well developed pectoral muscles with hard glandular material beneath each nipple-areola complex. He is seen here after a gynecomastia surgery procedure involving liposuction and direct removal of glandular material through an incision on the bottom of the areolas.I removed 175cc of fat and about 50 grams of the glandular tissue on each side. He has lost THIRTY pounds! He is happy with his result. He has no irregularities. He says his tattoo is no different but I can see where the tattoo looks darker in the area around his areolas as the mass was removed and the skin has shrunk. He told me that after removal of the Gynecomastia, he felt motivated to lose weight and get in great shape. He’s a really nice guy and I couldn’t be happier for him and frankly, I’m thrilled to be part of this success story. I’m also happy to post his pictures on my website because I told him I don’t have a lot of black patients to show off. He told me “I noticed”. It’s all good.
