Patient Details

This is a Zone 1-3 gynecomastia case seen at 5 months from treatment. He doesn’t look much different from his post treatment day 1 photo. This means all went well and he healed normally. The result from gynecomastia treatment is immediate. Waiting for swelling to subside to deal with excess fullness usually indicates tissue was left that you don’t want there. The most common cause of “recurrence” is the surgeon not removing the offending tissue to the degree you prefer. Read my paper on total gynecomastia tissue removal.
