Patient Details

This patient is 5 months out from Zone 1 gynecomastia treatment. Included in these photos are his standard pre op and post op views as well as his post operative day 1 photo and certainly the masses removed from his chest.

He is very happy with his early result. He says it has “helped” him for sure (we are taking mental benefits of treatment and not physical). He has developed some scar hypertrophy of the incisions at the bottom of his areolas that is not uncommonly seen in patients of Asian descent. For this I will give some steroid injections and encourage him to wear silicone scar strips more often than not for the coming year. Check out the size of the masses removed from what appeared to be a relatively “small” gynecomastia case. Looks can be deceiving.
