Removal of ALL tissue on both sides is what creates the symmetry in the chest appearance and size of his nipple-areola complexes. The relief from gynecomastia is not just for larger/complex cases. All those who present for treatment are the same mentally. Relief is universal no matter what the appearance of the gynecomastia. It’s not a dimmer switch, it’s an on-off switch.
